Yamato is the name of a fictional character in the anime and manga series Naruto. His real name is Tenzo. He is a member of ANBU squad. Yamato was assigned by Tsunade to oversee the Group of 7, especially Sai, a new member in the group. Yamato is one of the victims of Orochimaru's experiments and the only survivors.
Yamato figures depicted are good and peace loving. But when angry, he can pull out the dreaded terror Naruto's face. Yamato has a face similar to the First Hokage.
