Uchiha Shisui was Uchiha Itachi 's best friend. Shisui was noted to be one of the most talented members of his clan battles ahead. He earned the nickname "Shunshin no Shisui", possibly implying that he has a great mastery of his technique Shunshin. He is regarded as one of the most powerful genjutsu users of the Uchiha clan. As one of the few people who managed to awaken the Mangekyou Sharingan, Shisui dies unnaturally. Initially accused of killing Itachi Shisui to obtain the Mangekyou Sharingan, but over time, it is known that Shisui died after losing his eye (Given to Danzou).
