Kazikage Garaa was kazikage (the leader of the country) sunahagakure (the sand country) youngest. Garaa had the strength of the patron of sand and the owner kyubi the tail one. Gara was the only person of the owner kyubi that still was living after being taken kyubi from his body.
The implement that always was carried Garaa was his weapon, inside was gotten sand that always protected him.
